2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Process: To book our services, you must complete the online booking form or make a reservation through other communication methods (e.g., email or phone). By submitting a booking request, you are agreeing to these Terms and any specific conditions related to your booking.
    Payment: Payment for the services must be made according to the method specified on the website or in the booking agreement. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the service.
  • Booking Confirmation: Upon receiving your payment, we will send a confirmation email outlining the details of your booking. This confirmation constitutes a contract between you and Navigator Tours and Charters.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date will receive a full refund (minus any administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues). In

the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled booking, depending on availability and your preference.

3. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. By making a booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Responsibilities: You are responsible for the conduct of your group and ensuring all passengers comply with the applicable laws and regulations during the journey. Any damage or loss caused by the actions of you or your group may be subject to additional charges.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind on our buses. We advise all passengers to keep their possessions with them at all times.
  • Passenger Conduct: We expect all passengers to behave respectfully and responsibly during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse transportation to any passenger who is disruptive, intoxicated, or behaving in a way that endangers the safety or well-being of others.

4. Pricing and Fees

  • Pricing: The prices for our services are listed on our website or provided in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
  • Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for services such as extra stops, additional time, or changes to the agreed itinerary. These charges will be communicated to you in advance, and you must approve any changes.

  • Safety Standards: Our buses are well-maintained, and we prioritize passenger safety. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that all travel involves some inherent risk, and we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during your journey unless it is due to our negligence or failure to provide services.
  • Insurance: Our buses are fully insured to meet the required legal and safety standards. However, we recommend that passengers take out their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings or unexpected events.
  • Limitations of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
